The Problem
The challenge was to create a centralized coaching experience that could replace fragmented communication, manual progress tracking, and disconnected training activities. Coaches needed an efficient way to manage clients and programs, while users needed a simple mobile experience for accessing tasks, tracking their progress, and staying engaged throughout their coaching journey.

The Solution
We designed and developed a connected coaching ecosystem consisting of a responsive web platform and mobile application. The system provides dedicated experiences for coaches and clients, allowing coaches to manage programs, clients, activities, and progress while clients can access their personalized plans, complete assigned activities, monitor progress, and stay connected with their coach.
